        I would have given this place 5 stars because they deserve it but my experience with the younger obese gentleman (herman i think was his name) led me to leave this poor review so that they would notice how his attitude is the only reason their branch is getting poor ratings. Angel and the older gentleman were friendly and helpful and get 5 stars the mechanics are also very polite and friendly but the obese guy with tattoos acts like he owns the damn company and asking him a question costs him a million dollars, your actual job for which you get paid money is to be a customer representative, but he acts like his job is to drive people away. I wish I could leave the best rating possible to reflect my experience with the other members of staff and their overall service, but unfortunately its the behavior of this one individual that spoiled my experience so much that I will not be returning to this particular branch. I dont think its too much to ask to be treated with dignity and respect when you go to a repair shop. I got my brake pads, brake drum, brake fluid and all four tires done here. The service was fine has been a while and no issues. Every time I asked herman a question he responded with a scowl and an annoyed tone because I interrupted his tiktok videos. I noticed everyone went to angel or the older gentleman probably to avoid his rotten attitude.
