BEWARE: BAD BUSINESS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF THROUGH ONLINE Booked for 6 people the only way online and payed a deposit $69 get a phone call from them saying only 4 people could play and pressuring me to choose something I don't want and I did not like the other games that's why I chose the one I did so guess what happened I lost my $69 deposit their customer reps sucks the manager never calls back they're over there just taking people money they are not polite have a real nasty attitude the service sucks beware Make sure you understand how everything works before you put a deposit down on anything people do not have money to give away and not receive service I wonder how many other people they have done this too.

Our son got a day off from school. Hours start at 12, so earlier than other VR locations. This was easy to book a reservation. The team is professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to our every need. We had such a nice time. I highly recommend for kids to have fund and parents to bond with their kids. The multi-player games are great for a group or a family.
