Nothing Bundt Cakes

I really like this location of Bundt Cakes & Other Stuff. It's easy to order online, service is fast and friendly, plus if you're heading to a party and forgot the cake, just stop in and they usually have several options instantly available. Easy parking by Walgreens as well.

Great service at the location in Los Gatos. I have called in there at last minute to get cake for delivery and they were able to accommodate and cakes are great

Horrible customer service. In January I placed a pre-order for a work event. On the day of the event I went to pick up my order only to find out they had closed due to a power outage (which is understandable). I called and left a voicemail to figure out what to do about my pre-order, but never heard back from them. When my credit card statement arrived I was surprised to see they charged me for the order. I called the store and spoke to an employee and she said my information would be given to the manager to respond. Days later I still haven't heard back and still have this change on my credit card for an order they never fulfilled. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service.

Terrible customer service. There are plenty of other bakeries in Los Gatos that have quality food and care about their customers.
