What an absurd transformation this place has undergone! It used to stand as a charming downtown bank, complete with tellers and countersafter all, that's precisely what one associates with a bank. However, those counters and tellers have now been removed, replaced by glass enclosures encircling the building's perimeter. The center has been left entirely vacant and pointless, adorned with somewhat subpar and tasteless furniturea futile attempt to mimic contemporary bank furniture in the European style. The entire setup resembles a massive car dealership, where salespeople escort you into their compact offices to negotiate deals. This arrangement might be logical for dealerships, given their need to showcase cars in the central area, but for a bank?!?!?! And if not for Bill, a remarkably kind and friendly mortgage specialist who isn't even involved in the bank's teller operations, there would be no one to welcome or engage you within the branch. The most lamentable aspect: only a single (O-N-E) teller for the entire branch. And when that teller required an override, the individual stationed three glass enclosures away had to interrupt their task, traverse the entire expanse of the building, insert a code into the secured lock, proceed another 30 feet, merely to input a password for the transaction. I spent more than 20 minutes there just to make a simple credit card payment. I've resolved to sever all my connections with BofA until they revert to being a genuine bank once more.

Unable access bank during business hours went on line and informed I cant cancel appointment was informed I dont have one although I have an email contrary to that statement. Ridiculous.

Ive tried calling 5 times for my investment advising appointment. Phone notice says everyone is assisting customers. Id normally have some empathy for a busy business but I know the advisor isnt busy because hes supposed to be assisting me during my appointment. No ability to reach anyone at the branch to be redirected to the advisor. Missed the appointment & cant come in person because work overlaps with their reduced hours. Ill be switching banks.

Bank of America decided to use the pandemic as the impetus to shed people. This branch was reduced to one teller window. I don't bank with them but have to deposit rent checks here. B of A is a mess. Good luck finding branches open. But I guess as long as they save money by cutting staffing they are ok with 1 star Yelp reviews!
