After reading my post the doctor became personally involved and helped fix the billing issues. Thank you Dr Berg. Changing from a 1 to a 5 star review. You are awesome...lifelong resident of Los Gatos it is important to me to identify businesses in our town that do not meet the minimum level of service. Avoid this business by any means possible. The office staff here has continually failed to return phone calls and practices unethically billing practices. After an office visit from our adult daughter they failed to bill our preapproved insurance for 8 months after the visit. Like many companies my employer based insurance changed to a new provider in the new calendar year. After countless hours trying to work with the office managers that have changed multiple times, 3 years later we have yet to resolve the issue. This business does not reply or respond while practicing unethical billing practices. Warning to all Los Gatos residents avoid this dentist and find a office that works to serve its patients not their own selfish interest

I have been a patient of Dr. Berg's since 2017. I am one of those people who has a fear of the dentist because of multiple bad experiences, and if you are one of those you will find comfort at Dr. Berg's office. She has a gentle touch and she is very skilled, and her professionalism and intelligence make the experience more than tolerable in fact enjoyable. I feel grateful to have found her and maybe you will too.

I've been going to Dr. Berg for several years now and I just love her & her staff. Like most people, I always used to dread going to the dentist but Dr. Berg has a knack for making you feel at ease. She's friendly, gentle, and I appreciate that she explains every procedure beforehand. I highly recommend her...I now look forward to going to the dentist!

I love Dr. Berg and her office staff!!  Dr. Berg is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, gentle, has a hilarious sense of humor, and is genuinely concerned about providing her patients with the best care.  She always takes her time to answer my questions and I have never felt rushed there.  I first visited her office 10 years ago for a second opinion when another dentist started pushing expensive treatments on me.  Sure enough, my insticts were right and the treatment was not needed.  Dr. Berg thoroghly explained and showed evidence of why my gums were just fine after all.  My family and I have been seeing her ever since. Everyone in her office is professional and friendly as well.  Her office is beautiful and I love the cozy blankets & pillows she has.  I almost fell asleep while getting a cleaning today - that is comfy!  The office is beautifuly decorated and there is plenty of parking.  The Nothing Bundt cake bites are a nice touch too.  Thank you Dr. Berg for the exceptional care you provide!

The best dentist I have ever found.  Professional, compassionate and friendly.  Her technicians are excellent.I would not recommend the dentist in the nearby suite, who is overpriced, which my elderly father spent a fortune on his teeth.  He could have done much better.
