Roxanne Leard is the worst Branch Manager I've ever had to deal with. She has no accountability, she blames others for her lack of effort and lack of ability to resource and provide equipment. Even having a reservation for a week in advance. She is dismissive of valid concerns when brought to her attention and further lacks the aptitude to provide solutions and resolve to a problem that she created. I also witnessed he speak rudely to a coworker in front of other staff and customers. I'd give her negative stars if I could.

This is my local go-to for equipment rental. Always have good luck getting the equipment I need, at reasonable prices. Roxanne specifically has been hugely helpful and quickly resolved a small issue I had with a recent reservation. I will happily continue to give them my equipment rental business!

We'll be returning to this location even if it's further. They made sure to take care of me since I had an issue with the machine that I had rented highly recommended location location. It seems that they genuinely care for their customers & not revenue
