Farmers Insurance - Sohy Orangi

Great experience in getting a homeowners insurance in California. The initial agent was very patient but persistent to getting the quote in line with my expectations and the follow up has been very good. I now have a homeowners policy that meets my needs

I was rear ended by a client of this agent.  The driver gave me this number to call as she did not have her policy number.  The agent did not answer and I sent a text to confirm.  The reply was rude, even though this is the number I was given by her client to verify the information.  I was told and I quote "Why do you not you guys exchange info and handle this properly.  This is my cell and I do not talk to the other party.  she has insurance"     I am fine with the direction, As her client was on her way to her mothers funeral and distraught I thought that I could get the policy number for her as she was not able to reach the agent.  I may have been mistaken as to how to handle the situation but I deal with insurance agents in a different field weekly and have rarely been regarded in this manner.  I would work with a different agent if you are looking for one.  I even have a commercial policy through farmers with a different agent.
