Jamba Juice has great tasting smoothies, however their customer service is questionable. The person I spoke with over the phone was rude and did not explain in clear details why my order was canceled.

I am rating 2 stars because I come here quite often as it is right across the street from my work and I frequently come in and get a smoothie before work. However, at least 30% of the time I go in they tell me they're out of ingredients to make smoothies. What? The whole point of the business is to make smoothies.... Anyways, this isn't my main issue with this establishment, though it is a pretty large issue. The reason I will no longer be returning is the fat girl who works there with the horrendous fake lashes. She is rude and incompetent, and conveniently it is only when she is working that they "can't make smoothies." She isn't apologetic at all and does not offer refunds unless I ask, and then is rude about the refund policies. She just shouldn't be in customer service. Period.

The order always took a looooong time to be prepared. The store keeps changing the staff. The drink is OK but not worth the 20 mins wait.

I placed an online order here and when I showed up, the store wasnt open even though Google says it is. Ive tried calling the store number multiple times and there is no one to pick up the phone. Also, their voicemail has not been set up, so you cannot leave a message.

Worst service ever. No body was in the store and now I am trying to get a refund. Horrible
