I've had the good fortune of meeting some great people in my life, both in business settings and personal - and Craig happens to be one of those people. In this case, I met Craig a number of years ago when I worked with the California Craft Brewery Association. Craig is highly personable and extremely dedicated to practicing law and giving sound legal advice. Craig is the opposite of "self serving" and turns the story around and listens to what his clients need and don't need. I recently reached out to Craig Rashkis, Esq at Legal Help Desk to help me with a neighbor issue. We have a common fallen fence where the neighbor has a different opinion than mine about what needs to be a shared expense. Craig was very helpful in sorting through the information, clarifying that I have two issues and providing the steps for me to concisely and confidently approach the situation in a methodical manner without escalating the situation beyond small claims court thus saving me money from hiring an attorney.
