Working with Nick on purchasing our house was a real pleasure! He went out of his way to understand our needs, driving ALL around the Bay (From Oakland to La Honda, from Richmond to, ultimately, Los Gatos, ) to visit an array of properties. Never once did he make us feel any pressure on the contrary he talked us through the pros and cons of purchasing now vs. later in time. As an added plus, he leveraged his various (personal and professional) connections to best inform us and give us peace of mind when it came to all sort of things like foundation work, renovation, utilities, etc. We cant thank Nick enough for making our dream a reality, all with a smile on his face and all in record time!

I worked with Caitlin Yates for a few months in purchasing my first home and I could not be happier to have met her and the Oldham Group! I initially wasnt sure if I was looking for a primary residence or investment property or if I even wanted to purchase a property in the first place which made the search somewhat difficult. Caitlin was very patient with me throughout the process and did a good job of checking in with me when I would let purchasing fall to the back of my mind. Caitlin was also very attentive and responsive. Whenever I found a property I was interested in she was very quick to get more information and answer any questions that I had as well as setting up any showings. Caitlin was also active in searching for off market opportunities that fit what I was looking for. Her team lead, Andrew Oldham, was also readily available anytime I needed. They were both great at explaining tradeoffs of different places. When we finally settled on a property, some issues came up during escrow. Caitlin and Andrew made sure I was always protected and went in extreme detail explaining the circumstances. I always felt that they had my best interests at heart and I appreciated learning about some interesting real estate scenarios. They were able to negotiate a better purchase price for me and I was so excited to move in! Im really thankful for Caitlin, Andrew, and the Oldham Group and would definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing in the Bay Area!

I had the absolute joy of purchasing my Bay Area home with Nick Salvadore as my realtor. His candor, integrity, skill, and problem-solving attitude were frankly inspiring, and on full display throughout the process. In the early stages of my search, he came to each viewing impeccably prepared with neighborhood info, comp data, negotiation strategies, and items to have clarified by the listing agent. I couldn't have felt more confident that I was making a decision with full information. Once we found "the one", Nick worked long hours to negotiate an offer that was significantly below asking. Then throughout the closing process, Nick kept all the gears greased by staying in constant communication with the lender, title company, listing agent, HOA, etc. Even with his plate full, he made me feel like I was his only client. With Nick being so on-the-ball, I was able to conduct this whole transaction with minimal interruption to my work & personal life. I'll be back again and again, and urge anyone buying or selling in the Bay Area work with Nick.
