I want to thank Jun and Aaron for helping us find our home. Finding "the home" is quite a journey and can be stressful at times. But Jun and Aaron were amazing at making sure we find our home without pressuring us (which I heard some teams in the Bay Area do after losing patience). They are very knowledgeable in the Bay Area real estate. But I also really want to point out that they are well informed in other areas too (e.g., interior design, costs, trends, schools, etc.). Ultimately the main reason I chose them is that they "cared". Kind of like a close uncle wanting to make sure you make the right decision. :)

I recently worked with Kenny and Eileen in order to purchase our first home in the Bay area. Throughout the entire process from searching, going to open houses, gaining insight and tips regarding what to look at when choosing houses, our journey was extremely satisfying. They were always available, made good suggestions on candidate properties, and shared honest and integral tips so that we not only were able to find good houses at the right price but also improved our knowledge in overall property investment space. I met Aaron in the gym of our Apartment complex a couple of years back where we both currently live. And, Aaron, being a friendly extrovert, introduced himself to me and we chatted a bit. After that we kept in touch and I told him my plan to eventually buying a place in the Bay Area at some point. Post Covid, my intent to buy a place became stronger and I started to look at places tentatively. After discussing my requirements with Aaron, he took the task seriously and started researching places based on my criteria. What surprised me most is that he was able to rank my criteria better than I was able to and started sending me well-suited places to check out. And, two months in we closed on a place that me and my family liked. Aarons style has always been to be objective and never pushy. He gives you a ton of relevant information for you to consider but he also takes your feedback seriously. Yes, he is nice, easy-going and very pleasant to interact with table stakes for someone in his business, but, there are two things that sets him apart: First, his unparalleled service in this business. Just to give you an example, one of my close friends who is also looking for a place, came to see my place a week after we closed and he was surprised to see Aaron already waiting for me at the place. When I told him Aaron was helping me with the renovations, he couldnt believe that he would actually be doing that. And, when I told him Aaron helped me every step of the way in picking out cabinets to countertops to lights to sinks, his jaw just dropped. Second, Aaron always goes above and beyond in his service time and again and never once I saw him frustrated, and God knows, I gave him plenty of reasons to get frustrated. I have a lot more examples to provide on his professionalism, his attention to detail, him answering the phone and texts almost immediately. And, not to mention his vast network of connections from reliable contractors to Loan agents, but, I would just say this if I am buying a place or selling a place in the future the one and only person I would call is Aaron. BTW this is the second time I am buying a house. And, when I compared my first agent with Aaron, I would give a D at best, and she has been in this business for over 35 years, compared to the A+ that Aaron gets. He is that good! I am a Management Consultant by trade for almost 20 years and over this time I have learned how to assess people objectively. In my assessment, I see Aaron becoming big in this business very soon, and my advice is to get him while you still can and I personally feel super lucky to have him as my agent. I mean that sincerely. Happy hunting!
