C.T. did an amazing job for us selling our home, receiving multiple offers within a week on market. He knew the area well and how to sell our home in today's environment. He was extremely hands-on throughout the entire process from start to finish. I had a couple of things I wanted to fix up around the house prior so C.T. arranged a handyman to complete the work. C.T. is an absolute rockstar realtor. I could write a raving review all day, but what it comes down to is this is your guy. My husband and I are very type-A people and we were looking to sell and buy a home simultaneously in two very different housing markets, however still an overall challenging market at a macro level. This is where C.T. shined the most as he's tenured, experienced with managing up/down markets, and sticks to his formula of doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
