Nikhil is an outstanding agent and anybody would be lucky to have him by their side for house search. He works beyond your expectations to buy your dream house. He keeps track of the market and suggests good houses to look at as soon as they are on market. In fact, Nikhil was the one who suggested we look at the house we bought. And for every house that we made an offer, he goes beyond to make sure we have the right price and right expectations for each house, and we were pretty close to winning some of them. We used to go over all the disclosures and had many questions which Nikhil answered us thoroughly. He has very good contacts with lenders and we chose the lender he suggested and got a great rate with 10% down payment and the process was very smooth. Overall, Nikhil is an expert in what he does and having him by your side makes the house search half the effort and makes sure you get the right house.
