I have known Jerry Li for six years now. During this time, he has helped me with buying, selling, and renting properties in the bay area. This is the second time we buy with Jerry. We found a place that we like and inform Jerry the due date is in 5 days. He immediately came next day to go over the property and disclosure with us. And we discussed offer strategy. We were originally wanted to go for higher offer, but Jerry talks us out of it and go for a more reasonable number. He get the offer doc ready in a day. On the due date, due to his strategic offer, we were the most competitive offer. However, the seller wanted us to bid higher. Jerry declined it immediately, and told us we will get it. Seller even went through the trouble of setting up additional open house on the following day, but eventually back out of it and accepted our offer. I highly recommend Jerry as a realtor. Hes highly experienced at this industry and foxy at negotiation. While also care about his clients and making sure they get their money worth.
