Our familys experience with Mike was wonderful! From beginning to end Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mike is such a good hearted and genuine person. Through the entire process we felt like we were working with a friend/family member instead of a real estate agent. Even for the times Mike was unavailable he made sure to communicate to us that some one trusted from his office would be there for us. Without Mikes hard word work, dedication and reputation as a real estate agent we dont know if we would have been able to purchase our first home.

The wife and I were 1st time CA homebuyers at the peak of the market. Until we met Mike our search process had been picking random houses sprinkled throughout the bay and hoping we'd stumble across something that we liked in our budget. We worked with several agents (found randomly through Zillow/redfin, etc) but they all seemed focused on making a sale vs trying to understand why our search had not yielded any offers up to that point. Mike took one look at our random searches and through a judgment of our style recommended a couple of neighborhoods nearby. After visiting the first neighborhood, we found a space that felt like the right place at the right time and made our first offer thinking our chances of acceptance were pretty low considering how competitive the landscape was. Mike made the deal happen. The level of communication at every step was constant and reassuring and we never had any worries about something slipping through the cracks. Mike was equally present after closing and was aware of the significance of this purchase in our lives more than we did at the time. He arranged a photo session complete with bow on the door upon first move in along with arranging a deep clean of the house. Mike is the very good at what he does and we hope we hope we're lucky enough to work with him on our next purchase!

2020 started with big plans to sell our home in Patterson Ranch, Fremont and relocate our family to Southern California. The market started off the year very hot with several listings in our community going pending within a week or so. We met with Mike Bui and were immediately impressed with his marketing acumen, along with his process, personal touch, attention to detail, and a strong history with luxury homes in the Bay Area. He sketched out a solid game plan, marketing/pricing strategy and a timeline that fit our moving plans..... and just like most everyone's grand plans for the year, COVID-19 put everything on pause. After SIP related delays, we bravely went onto market early May, not knowing what to expect. And to be honest, the first few weeks were very discouraging, as we went through a slew of buyers who were much more selective and less confident in purchasing. But Mike was an OX through it all. He remained poised, confident, and patient with us and led the way towards us accepting an incredible offer at the eleventh hour. He answered each of our calls, texts and emails immediately and steered the rather uncertain process to where HE knew would be best for us, without us even understanding for ourselves. Mike provided daily, and in most cases, two updates a day and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. This is what separates good from exceptional real estate agents - providing ironclad service that looks out for the client beyond the day-to-day expectations or stress, but ultimately achieving the end game + success. We can't thank Mike Bui @ EQ1 enough for not only getting our home sold during historically CRAZY times, but also helping us to achieve our personal, financial, and family goals for the next several years to come. He's become a friend of the family and we look forward to our future paths crossing again.
