Called at 16:30 about an issue with no hot water in one bathroom only. Spoke to Al and he was onsite by 17:15. After 15 mins of investigation, he diagnosed the issue to a .10 part. After dealing with the part, we had hot water again. Very grateful for the prompt reply and pleasant attitude! Highly recommend.

I got Als contact as a strong recommendation from a neighbor. Our tankless water heater is ten years old. Al fixed at least three things (air filter, a sensor and calcium buildup in the heaters pipes). He is extremely easy to work with, arrives on time, communicates really well, and goes above and beyond. He even climbed the stairs to the third floor twice to help me install a new shower head since my current one had a lot of gunk built up and was restricting the water flow. I highly recommend getting help from Al for any water heater problems.
