Tim is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest! As first-time home buyers, we were pretty clueless about where to start. Tim helped us navigate the unknown and answered our many many questions. He was very knowledgeable in all areas of the process - from the early days of location searches (taking time to tour many homes in a row after normal work hours!), to negotiating contracts. We were able to find our perfect first home, even closing in 7 days with great terms negotiated by Tim! This is why we went back to Tim when it came time to sell our condo and buy our forever home this year. Tim helped list our condo, producing great 360 photos, helping to stage, and using his professional network to get the word out about our listing. Tim once again proved invaluable throughout the entire process, helping to both sell and purchase at the same time. Tim is awesome, we cannot recommend him enough!

We were purchasing our first home and feeling uncertain and out of our depth. Tim is an outstanding agent. He is conscientious, professional, knowledgeable, personable and hard working. Tim happily put in the time and effort that was needed to sell our house. He managed every aspect of the selling process (photography, staging, repairs, open houses, showings, negotiations, inspections and the close). He was always available to answer questions and to deal with issues. The net net.before even going on the market we were entertaining offers. Within days of our only open house we had multiple offers, all over our asking price and with all of the special conditions that we requested.
