        Awful service, employees are always very rude. I made the mistake of tying to give KFC another chance after not visiting for over a year with hopes that their service might have improved. Sadly their service did not improve.

        I am SO disappointed. I went here, drive thru, yesterday at approx 1:30 pm. I was the only car there, yet had to wait several minutes to have my order taken. I should have just left. $30 later I received old chicken that didn't even taste like the usual KFC that I love. Honestly, my dog won't even eat it. I love 15 miles from this place so it was suppose to be a treat not the huge disappointment that it was. I will not go back there.

        A constant problem. Every time I give them yet another chance, something goes wrong. The customers service is barely passable, the drive thru takers are almost always dismissive & hurrying. Food is a coin toss. Took the counter over 15 minutes to finally tell me they weren't making my app order, never offered any help or solutions, just 0h well. And they want 15 bucks an hour. What a joke. I could run it better blindfolded. I have NEVER EVER treated my worst customer the way I was treated. Smh
