We stand by the quality of our services and always follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.Updated Reply: After doing research, we discovered the real client was Allison Terlip, not the company filing a bad review. On March 16, Ms. Terlip sought immediate services from our team prior to being admitted to Passages Rehabilitation for 60 days. She requested - and received - gel removal, acrylic nails, and a full main/pedi. She also received a haircut, a full head of highlights with shine and deep conditioning treatment. Our excellent, professional talent provided her with 4.5 hours of services. She presented three credit cards, all of which were declined. Yelling offensive obscenities, she called her husband who paid her bill - which was not $2,000 - thus, she lied about the cost. We care about our clients and how they look and feel - we paid her Uber to her treatment center so she would be safe. The pictures Ms. Terlip posted of her nails was weeks after we gave her a nail service and well after she had informed us that she cut her acrylic nails off. She therefore lied again. Glamifornia bent over backwards for this client. We pride ourselves on the luxury experience we deliver and do everything possible to make clients feel important and beautiful. We have experience with many people of all walks of life and want to meet people where they are, but we won't be taken advantage of either. We are a small women-owned business challenged by changes in the economy and inflation, just like most businesses. As a result, the multi-service appointments like this one, are critical to our business' success. We tried to serve Allison to the best of our abilities and believe we went above and beyond to provide her a unique and luxurious experience. Whether or not her complaint is related to her unfortunate condition, we believe she is trying to take advantage of our small enterprise. Nevertheless, we wish Ms. Terlip the best.
