We recently sold our condo in Malibu with the help of agents Beverly Taki and Lee LaPlante. It was in the market for less than two months. During that time, we discovered lots of issues that needed to be resolved. Both Beverly and Lee were extremely helpful in guiding us and working with the potential buyer to address the concerns and meet our closing date. I had heard of Lee before I worked with her from a number of colleagues. And then I'd heard from some of her mentees and how she helped them get started and continued to mentor many to this day. In fact, I wonder just how many of LA's realtors she's helped learn the business. How she remains among the highest and most reputable producers year over year, however, is no mystery at all.
