I would highly recommend 4 Malibu Real Estate to anyone seriously looking for real estate in the Malibu/Southern California area. I was genuinely impressed with the knowledge that the agents and their staff have and their attention to their clients cannot be beat. I never felt like I was bothering them with my questions and phone calls (as some other agents in the area have made me feel); the team at 4 Malibu always made time for me to make the process of buying and selling as easy as possible.

No response to multiple calls or emails to Bobby and his team members. For over a month! Even when 2 different team members responded, they dropped the ball. Now the office number (noted on their listings) and Bobbys cell are disconnected as of this weekend.
