Pros:Customer Service person was so nice and answered every question I asked very well. Cons: After approving my new car loan and walking into the dealership to close the deal. the car dealership tried to reach the bank on couple of occasions without any succes.I would have said the dealership was not been truthfull because they were trying to have me finance with them. but I had already experienced it myself for the last couple of weeks. trying to reach the bank was so tidous not to mention endless attempts trying to log into my own account all in the name of some merger or update. I eventualy went back in to finance with the dealership for my peace of mind.This was a horrible experience

I mistakenly called after hours and Chris was still there and called me back. He was great and able to solve my problem. I have been a proud member of this Credit Union for over 40 years and during that time I have been truly satisfied by the service I receive and interaction with the team. High praise.

Your service is slow and not even close to being adequate. Long wait time on the phone, changing logins on the weekend with no heads up and not being open to help.
