Asked if they could handle dementia patients, didnt seem too likely from their response. Was told that if I didnt give them a 48 hour notice they would charge me $40.00, I show up at 9:20 am and the drs are not in, no call, only tried to callso i dont get $40.00 for their no show? They also make a bunch of appointments to charge your insurance, its a very big job just to get someone with dementia to the appointment. So we will go elsewhere, Im sure a sorry isnt good enough for customers, they probably still charge $40.00 we love greedy dentists policies, not!

My boyfriend says when his teeth were inspected, their gloves tastes disgusting and now he's feeling nauseous and has a terrible migraine. Clearly their gloves are either toxic or they didn't change their gloves out before helping him. Sorry but that's just unacceptable.

If I was able to give a zero review I would. It's unfortunate that I've had to explain three different procedures to my own doctors at Union because of their lack of looking into their own notes. Dr. Dang created a crown for me that broke within a week of getting it done. It was $1900 out of pocket. Then he says he'll replace the crown with a bridge at no additional cost because the crown broke so soon after. And now he has the audacity to have this rude receptionist call me without him directly speaking to me himself and tell me that he's going to charge me an additional two grand this is really upsetting to me that I'm being treated so unfairly and their business practices are just completely unprofessional.!!!
