        After repeatedly attempting to give the McDonald's near my house a chance to get my simple iced coffee order right over the past year, today was the final straw. The workers consistently struggle to comprehend my request for light ice and caramel drizzle around the cup. The unprofessional attitude of the worker in the drive-thru who rudely stared at me today and responded with an huh?! when I told her my order only added to the frustration. The coffee, once again, tasted like cigarette water. I have decided never to return to this location and suggest they learn from the efficient service at the McDonald's on 1690 Contra Costa Blvd and 624 Contra Costa Blvd in Pleasant Hill, CA.

While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority.
