Great clips that I went to here in California is really good. The place is clean and the lady who cut my hair was very professional.I usually go to Great Cuts in San Antonio that's where I live. Great clips can track your haircuts to the computer system so it gives the person who's cutting your hair and idea what she needs to do. Great idea. I highly recommend

Date: 11/13/2023 Title: A Hair Salon Nightmare: A Scathing Review I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Great Clips Muir Station, and I feel compelled to share my dismal encounter with the world. Ive been going to this place for over 7 years. Ive noticed a lot of turnover recently but wasnt prepared for the cut I experienced. From the moment I stepped into the salon, it was evident that I had made a grave mistake entrusting my hair cut to their supposed expertise. First and foremost, the stylist was pushing me through this hair cut like the building was on fire and she had to get out. She continued to clean the shears with disinfectant right by my face. As she began to use the shears, it just tore and ripped through my hair, scraping and cutting my scalp and neck. Another dowsing of disinfectant spray and we're back at it. Worst hair cut ever, I mean ever. In conclusion, save yourself the trauma and steer clear of Great Clips Muir Station. There are countless reputable salons out there that genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their craft. This salon is a disaster waiting to happen for anyone daring to seek a decent haircut.
