Albert Naranjo has been my agent for 4 years. I really appreciated his work initially to ensure I had the most appropriate coverage, not just the cheapest. Although it was the least expensive, Alberts focus was on ensuring we had what we needed for our familys coverage. Since then, Albert has been an excellent partner and has provided us with great customer service and support.

Albert Naranjo is the best insurance you could ever hope to do business with. He's personable, honest, professional and SO responsive! He answers the phone when you call and won't leave you hanging when you need him the most. Whether a tree fell on your house or you were in a fender bender, you can count on him to make sure you are taken care of. He has a wide range of services including home insurance, business insurance, life insurance and IRA's as well. If you're interested in bundling these services, he can definitely take care of you. Several of my colleagues have been enjoying his services for many years and all I have experienced and heard in dealing with him has been 5 star reviews and the highest of recommendations. Albert has been our agent for years. When our original agent left, he took over. Al has gotten to us, become a friend and listens to our needs. He has fought for us on our policy, he made the impossible happen when rewriting our home insurance with our new dog. I can not say better things about Albert. He spends the time to know his clients, listens to them and makes sure they have what the need.

I have been with Albert Naranjo for a little over a year. He has been such a great help to me as a new homeowner with all the little details of trying to get great coverage not only for my new home but also for my car. He is very professional and patient with me by explaining and answering any questions I may have regarding my policy coverage. He also responds quickly and in a timely manner. This is particularly helpful to me since my working hours do not fall under normal working hours and I appreciate his flexibility.
