Have worked with Tim twice on a first time loan and refinance. I was recommended to work with him when my bank pre-approved me for a low amount at a high rate. Tim found several options that were from reputable lenders and works with our budget. He takes time to educate clients at each step of the way; we learned a lot from him as we go through the loan process. Hes quick to get back to you and is very flexible and easy to work with. Would strongly recommend to work with him!

I worked with Wall Street Money Brokers to obtain my mortgage loan, and then again to refinance a year later.  Tim Davie was great to work with.  I had a ton of questions for him, and he answered everything in a way that was easy for me to understand.  He always answered the phone right away and responded to emails very quickly as well.  I would definitely recommend Wall Street Money Brokers to anyone looking to get a mortgage loan or to refinance.
