This company is questionable! How do you have a company you charge so much money to perform a service, and dont ever speak to a client only email them. Ask the client to take pictures of their property without even looking at the property. Make up an appraisal , and cant even send a paper copy to the client? Only an email even when requesting a printed copy mailed? Your office is only to drop off for a payment but cant speak to anyone because there is no one there! REALLY!!! Not impressed and the appraisal is questionable that this company did. I donet care what the web sight says I would never hire this company again. Very unprofessional business manner and a client should be able to speak to the person doing the appraisal dont you think? If I were you seek another appraiser you wont be happy with this one!!!

I question if this company even has a live person running it?  Very poor business when your not able to even speak to a live person. Only able to email and bad when you request printed copy and they ignore your request. The business office is just an empty place that you drop off money.  REALLY??  This is poor service especially when we had to take our own pictures of our property.  I feel like this is a fake Company!!  I would not recommend this company especially When you can't even speak to a live person who does your appraisal then it's like a scam to me!! Do not hire this company because you will be very disappointed!!!  Heck I could of saved my money and did it myself at this rate!!  Sad sad service And I bet the pictures on the web sight are fake as well!!

We got a quick quote through the Yelp and it was very smooth process over email. They were professional and helpful in answering my questions and working with our situation. They were very accommodating when adjustments were needed. Recommend using them!

Mario and his staff and team are amazing. I rarely write reviews (and mean it, though I should write them more often), But I really have felt compelled. They came to us in a great time of need, are respectful, and considerate & compassionate. I highly highly recommend them, for their extpretise. And am so grateful that they're providing a service like this, out here in the Bay Area. (Also they serviced us in the outer East Bay). Thank you for your communication, empathy and professionalism.
