        I have worked with H&R Block for several years. This is my first time working with this particular office. I have submitted paperwork in February, and my taxes were completed in early March. I have paid H&R Block. They have yet to submit my taxes to the IRS despite having completed them one month ago and despite me paying them at the same time one month ago. At this point, I have essentially paid for a service that has not and is not being completed. I continue to be told that there is a technical glitch and they are looking into it, but it has been weeks.
