        American Tow took great care of my car and me from the start. The office team was friendly, professional, and quick. They quoted me a very fair rate and an accurate pick up time. Steve Tower - no kidding! that’s his name - worked with me to get my very-dead-battery Challenger on to his flat bed when we couldn’t get the battery to hold a charge. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. It was actually a fun and positive experience. I highly recommend this company! Service: Car towing

        Customer service rep, Samantha was one of the most unpleasant individuals I've had the misfortune to have to deal with in years. After being told through text that the service truck was en route three separate times over a two and a half hour period to help us I called the phone number provided. Samantha answered and I explained that my daughter, a minor was stranded in a busy parking lot. I was concerned about my child's safety, a point completely lost of Samantha as she interrupted me repeatedly with excuses about people being arrested and others in car accidents. I asked her to please not interrupt me, I just really needed reassurance that they were going to come help my daughter. She accused me of yelling. I was not, but I was stressed and concerned for sure. I asked to speak with her boss and she threatened to cancel the service and she then hung up on me! When I phoned back and begged her not to she continued to be outrageously hostile and she DID cancel our service call! Samantha left a minor stranded in a busy public place. Samantha left a child that she is supposed to be help without help. Samantha is not a nice person and she clearly doesn't understand what her job is. She is in a service oriented business, interrupting people, hanging up on them and canceling service calls after 2 and a half hours of people waiting for help. This was just awful.
