Burton Court Apartments...mmwurr

I managed these through trident and their the only manament company who handled the cockroach issue, then my boss moved and it was handled through certified property management o only 8 days and the on September 15th 2023, I receive a call from Kim from Feather River Property management saying she no longer needs my services at first not introducing herself and I worked for the apartments from August 31st to September 15th and I still have not gotten paid Ive asked for owners number and no success so my next move is to turn into labor board someone needs to pay me. I believe the owner didnt want to keep paying pest control and because my apartment was infested I would not move anything in, it still had roaches when I left. The new manager is #2 he was given by owner I believe which is ok with me but my suggestion is do not think that they are not infested cause building is. And they also have a flea problem. Hoping owner sees this and Kim oh and by they way shes not the most pleasant person. So if you see this owner of burton court please call certified to get my number I would like to be paid for my work Sonya

Lived in these apartments as a child before moving away to live with my dad. I lived in #2 with my grandma Teresa and I believe #4 also with my mom but not positive on the apartment number. It could have also been #8. It was on the left side of the pool all the way at the end if you are coming in from the entrance way. Oh memories....

What happened to the pool? I lived there in 1968 while stationed at Beale AFB. There were lots of AF families there and every weekend, we would cook and party by the pool.
