Luke Leon is the manager who runs the place he has great customer service and really works with you and is super honest. He straight forward on whats wrong with your vehicle and wont let you spend what you dont need to. Left my truck super good and runs great again. For sure will be come back again if anything happens. And love the fact you get 3yrs warranty on car parts they fix instead of 90 days.

In years past I've used Bill's Electric. So I wanted to try Boradori who took over Bill's location.
I called Boradori and Luke picked up the phone. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a tune-up. He quickly schedule me for an appointment the next day. At the appointment they pulled up the car fax on my vehicle which disclosed all the prior services. They did vehicle triage identifying which services my vehicle required based upon manufacture maintenance specifications. They provided a free service quote that was both clear, reasonable and detailed. I scheduled to drop off the vehicle the next day for the quoted service. They even permitted me to provide the new drive belt I purchased the week before (I was thinking about trying to replace it myself) discounting the price of the service. The parts ordered for the service were all manufacture approved but the timing belt kit ordered appear to be used and from the parts store (not sure if it was Hust Bros, O'Reaily's or the manufacturer dealership). So Luke called me to tell me the strange set back. He told me he was not comfortable putting on a part that appears used thus he would order a new part. He told me upfront it will delay the completion of the service until the following day. He also inquired if that would cause a hardship for me being without a vehicle (I am pretty sure Luke was gonna offer me a loaner car if that was the case because they truly take care of their customers). I reassured him I would be fine another day without the vehicle. The next day I received a call from Luke when the vehicle service was completed. He told me he discounted the service further due to the inconvenience service delays and changed the air filter, which was not included in the quoted service, at no additional charge. He also noticed I needed an oil change that was not included in the quoted service, which he voiced as an oversight, so he offered to change the oil for free at a later date.
Luke at Boradori went above and beyond his duty. It's what we philosopher's call supererogation. Exceptional customer service with care and concern for customers. It's the reason why we will be coming back for all our vehicle service needs.
