They are highly unprofessional. I scheduled a deep cleaning and they no showed, no call or anything. I called them later that day, the man apologized and assured me it wouldnt happen again and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I decided to give them another chance and I rescheduled for the same day the following week. No shows again. Not a call or anything. Dont waste your time.

I'm very pleased with Carolyn/A1 Pro. My service request was to have my hard laminate floors mopped and two of the bathrooms deep cleaned in my home. They did a great job, especially with deep cleaning my master bath shower and tub that had been severely neglected. I can now see through the shower doors again! I've already let her know that I definitely want her to come back again soon to help maintain things and tackle some other areas in the house, now that they are at a manageable level.
