Walgreens

The photo center here is the worst... they had no clue they could print photo sizes other than US passport size and when we insisted it should be on the setting, it was right there... how can one not see.... we were there yesterday and they said they only do US passport size, so we had to google and found out that walgreens could change the settings so we went back and told them to check there settings. And after they took our photos they did not even cut the photos in the required size. Worst place to take photos...

The pharmacy messed up my prescription and I had to go back to the doctor 3 times and even had to go to CVS to get my medication took 6 hours because they erased my hard copy from the hospital and then told me I couldn't fill it at Walgreens like I did something wrong so I typed up a letter and will be sending it to corporate and to the pharmacy licensing commission today the neglect they showed is unethical and just out right wrong do support them if you do you will regret it.

So I called about my online/curbside order, the manager/lady (11-1-23, 9:50am) couldn't help me, she seemed frustrated with me + told me to call 1800Walgreens bcuz she couldn't help me, I wish I got her name bcuz this isn't right. She didn't say sorry or anything that was consoling. Well the lady from 1800Walgreens did help me, she was a blessing . P.s. last time a manager did get to look up my online/curbside pick up on the computer, I wonder why she couldn't).
