PG&E (Pacific Gas & Electric) Customer Service Office

Hello everyone I get so tired of people Always being. Negative towards PG&Ewhen y'all know if you didn't have a you couldn't survive without it and I'm here to tell you I think they're pretty awesome I've had no PG&E this morning at all and they were out here pretty quick and you know what they got to do us all 41 of us out here back on and I want to thank them so much cuz I think they're pretty awesome they've always done well by me and you know Mother Nature they cannot control you know they have nothing to do with Mother Nature you know and everybody gets on him about this and that and half the time it's Mother Nature's fault that PG&E goes out so I just want to thank you PG for taking care of us over here and Yuba City and getting our power back on as quick as possible and make it my day so THANK YOU very much PG&E very much..

Although they don't take Credit cards, service for items such as receipts of previous payment is fast. Witnessed others in line making cash payments also. The service was polite and efficient.

It's easy to find. I can always find a parking spot. Even though there are usually a lot of people in line and the line moves slow, the service reps are always nice and patient. However, thanks to the Kiosk, I rarely stand in line and am able to be in and out quickly. Plus it accepts cash as well as cards.
