The ServiceMaster crew that responded to my flooded bedroom/bathroom was fantastic! They were professional, polite, and knew what they were doing. They were careful with my belongings and they did everything with a good attitude! the crew listened to my concerns and explained the process well. I went through a shocking experience with water damage. I thought it was a simple fix. Surprise, it was a disaster!
When s
ServiceMaster came in and informed me of the damage and that I had to leave immediately for my safety. I'm sure I wasn't easy to convince of the seriousness of my situation.
They handled everything so professionally including my terror at what was,and had happened to my home.
They are not only professional but also kind, compassionate, and understanding of the trauma when your home becomes uninhabitable. Every person who interacted with me from ServiceMasters was top notch and kind.
Hopefully you won't need them in your future, but if you do have the need, I would highly recommend them for all the qualities I mentioned.
