        Sigh. Has great potential if more work and $$$ was put into it. More stars once that work is completed and we all feel safer and are living in cleaner surroundings. Leadership is lacking; need action on some concerning problems; more effort in cleaning common areas, hallways and safety measures from surrounding potential dangers which are currently being ignored. Positive points: they pay utilities, apartments are fairly larger than average HUD properties. Wish I could give more positives.

        The workers there were amazing and help me out so much. I'm trying to move in and get as much information as I can about the place. And the lady who helped me was wonder foul. I love how much she couldn't effort into helping me even though it was 15 minutes before the office closed. Love this place
