I am happy I called and happy to find a family-run company that cares about their clients!
Stout Air was referred to me by a family member after another company left us with no heat for several days. Tim arrived quickly, found our problem in 15 minutes, took time to listen, and presented us with several options that would work for us. I appreciate the time Tim spent with us and appreciated his teams work, especially Stephen who ensured our system was working properly.
I found Tim to be very knowledgeable, kept us up-to-date, and responsive with wonderful follow-up to ensure we were happy.
The entire team was friendly and courteous, arrived on time, and worked to make adjustments the very same day to ensure we had heat that evening! Im looking forward to working with them in the future.

I was referred to Tim at Stout-Air from a friend and neighbor/local in Tahoe who had a great experience. My furnace had stopped blowing warm air during a storm in Tahoe and I needed it fixed quickly so we could stay in our home. Tim was there the next day, and I had a completely new furnace about 2 days after that. He was super proactive and gave me updates via text. After the work was done, we did experience an issue a few days later due to the high altitude we live at. Tim sent someone out the same day to assess the situation and had a high-altitude kit installed a couple days after that. Everything works perfectly now and I will absolutely work with StoutAir on any future needs I have.
