        Did a pre-op EKG for a friends eye surgery. Noticed a small problem, but told her she still go ahead. Checked in with the Surgery Center day before appt & was told her surgery was Cancelled!!!! Because Achieve had sent the test results. Turns out the surgery center wants a Cardiologist to ok
