These people are so un profesional... I just can't even start... they came over and made comments on how my yard looked.. worked on my plumbing for damn near a hour for it just to be the same again.. the two men who came were so rude with the comments and looking through our stuff in our back yard.. when I helped plug their device into my inside socket I saw the mans inner arm filled with needle pricks.. like 15 or more around the same area.. when we called again to see exactly what company came out and see if they could help at all.. the owners or who ever the lady was that answered the phone was completely unprofessional, disregarded everything I said. Said their guys would never go thru our shed then said we don't even have a shed? What the ... I'm pretty sure I know what I have in my backyard.. I just can't believe some people.

Jim was about to go to bed when I called. He is an older gentleman. Jim doesn't know me, and I did not know him. His wife answered the initial phone call and said he was basically in bed. I said I would have to call back. Before I could call anyone else Jim called me back to say he would head out if I needed him. I felt horrible but having your main sewer line backed up is not fun. So in the rigid cold Jim and Doug were at my house within 20 minutes. 10 minutes after that they were done. You could tell they were past their bed time but totally ready and willing to see my situation fixed. You can't find honesty and service like this anymore. I will never call anyone else. As far as price goes, he's awesome. I won't say what I spent because sometimes people have to adjust rates. But a few years ago, during normal business hours another company charged me 3 times as much for the same amount of work. They had fees, and payments for rediculous line items. Not Jim. One price. One great job. Just they way it should be.
