I brought my property transfer paperwork in to be notorized. I got there at 12:30. Was told that the Notary girl wasn't there. She would be back at 1:00.
I waited until 1:05. They say sorry, she is caught in traffic. She will be there in 10 minutes. 1:30 she shows up with several shopping bags. I've been waiting for her to finish shopping! I had to wait for 3 more minutes while she is talking in the back. The she sees me. She wouldn't even try to read the instructions from the lawyer. she kept asking me what I needed. I told her. She said I had to have my sister physically present. to notorize the paperwork.
I have purchased several properties and rarely do the buyer and seller sit in the same room. Then she says the property is in Canada so she can't do the job. My sister and I both reside in California. She is just notorizing that my signatures are valid. Then the paperwork goes to my sister to have a notary in her area notorize her signature. My Lawyer said It was Friday afternoon and this Notary just didn't want to work.

Filed my taxes on 01/31/2022 and today 09/02/2022 the IRS hasn't received anything. Very disappointed, just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I hired your companys services to ensure my income tax return was completed correctly, error free, and in line with what is requested by the IRS and the CA State Board of Equalization. This is the first time I am having this situation because of a "PIN number that the tax prepared did not ask for or mentioned, so it is obvious that the tax preparer did not follow all the necessary instructions to complete the forms. Plus my taxes almost 6 months later were mailed out without making any corrections. Thank you Karinna.
