I was not expecting them to be out within 2 hours of my call, but exactly 2 hours later my garage is fixed and the price was very reasonable! James was polite and just did the work that was needed to get the door functioning again. Thank goodness he put a sticker with their contact info next to the control button so I know exactly where to go if I need them again.
