We were customers of Querubina Insurance for over 8 years. My parents have always maintained the same insurance. A few days ago, we received a notice from the DMV that our insurance was not currently active. My father then called to ask about it however they assured my father that they spoke to my mother about looking for other insurances and then cancelled the insurance that was in place at the time. It became a he said she said situation and now we're not only not covered but when my father asked if she could assist us with getting new insurance. She basically said that no insurance offers full coverage and we either had the option of getting basic liability or purchasing a 2,000 a month plan. It was clear she did not want to assist my parents anymore and sad to see that not only are we no longer covered over negligence on Querubinas part. But they are also misinforming people that insurances don't offer full coverage.
