The staff are very rude, those who serve you in front are abusive

I was in a nursing home and managed to escape before they killed me of negligence... A nursing home is supposed to be a safe place where sick people can rest and be taken care of but it's the opposite. In these nursing homes there no love, Respect, compassion most of all empathy. The owner's only care about what insurance pays more whatever complain you have no one helps it's sad how they get away with murder. We can't trust our elderly loved ones to be taken care of evil people in the medical field.

Please do not send your love ones to this facility for the record I want anyone who looks at this to know that what happened my mom at Maywood,, They lost her dentures, her glasses, her $6000 hearing aids, all of her clothing and her brand new iPhone. and they have no accountability. The person that runs the place, he is only there three days a week, and then he runs another facility three Days a week,, so hes making double salary, and then to boot they overcharged Medi-Cal on a regular basis every month but yet Medicare doesnt want to know about it because they dont care! And lastly, its so bad there that my mothers Ombudsman didnt help her one bit because the problems there or so systemic!! Please dont send them to this facility. You will regret it.

I did my Clinical practice in this facility,all the staff was always so friendly with us,I am grateful with the CNA's that let me shadow them, specially Juanita and Reyna.All residents taken care of,their food and meds on time,and very clean facility
