I don't understand how anyone can do business with this man and give him a five star rating. Just to have a small selection of sole reglued 50$. Yeah I'm not dumb enough to pay these kind of prices to a low end hole in the wall shoe repair place. This man and his business are overpriced and ripping people off left and right. Glad I did not do business with this place highly don't recommend coming here.

This business was sold from the owners to an employee. The previous owners father and son were great. The new owner is an older gentleman he is completely closed minded. I wanted him to cut my heels he said he had 60 years of experience that I couldn't possibly tell him how much to cut that he was going to cut as much as he could. I politely tried to explain to him that I didn't want him to cut as much as he could I only wanted 1/2 of an inch I've been servicing my shoes with them for years. I was willing to take the risk if the shoe was not flat untimely my weight would have balanced that out. He verbally explained to me his resume it was very frustrating there is no customer service. At the end of the day the customers wants are irrelevant he will tell you what you want and you are not allowed to contradict him. I left with my heels and are currently on the hunt for a new spot. I would have given him 0 stars if it was allowed. I would not recommend him. Very condescending, rude, unprofessional and narcissistic. I guarantee you that the positive reviews he has are either for the previous owners or fake....
