This man is a freeloader, I called to find out how much he charged for a notarized travel letter, he said $20. And when I went, I needed 2 letters, which makes me think that he was going to charge me $40, so I arrived and waited for my turn, because another person was there, and when it was my turn, a man arrived and gave the first one his letter. and he charges him $20 and leaves me waiting... When he already writes my letter it is only one sheet and I ask him how much it is and he tells me $45, how is it possible that master charges me for just one more sheet and leaves me waiting. never again I'm going to that place again. For that service and still mandatory tip than pickpocket.
