I may be one of Dan's earliest clients for both household and auto (about 45 years), but there's  a reason.  Dan, his son Dan Jr. and all the people who have handled my insurance needs over the years have been fair, professional, and pleasant.Let me explain two examples of the kind of office Dan Youngs runs:-- A few years ago, I had a brand new movie camera stolen in Buenos Aries while on vacation.  I had no evidence; no police report, just my word.  I collected.-- Now, 2022.  My wife and I gave our granddaughter a used Prius for college graduation, and by telephone call with Dan arranged for two 6 month insurance payments.  When the second payment became due, (my bad), I thought I was paid up but I was not.  The DMV was about to invoke their lawful remedies.  Dan stepped in.I'm sure the bill got paid on time with Dan's own money.  Yes, I was a long-term client, but how many insurance agents do you know who would do the same.

The one thing that bothers me, the risk involved in both the house Im in, as well as the cars covered by the policy is minimal. The cars, for instance, could be totaled in a parking lot event. Their age and mileage is consistent with that and yet, although I have not entered a claim, against any of these, cars as well as the house in all the years Ive owned them my rates exist above virtually all other sources who have offered them. My loyalty to Dan and his father is the only reason I remain a customer. Also pursuant to checking the box labeled Responsive they have responded, in quick fashion, to requests I have submitted.
