      image Update 2024: we asked for the same service and same tech as prior, they said yes. on the day of (an hour prior to appt) they said same tech not available so we had to accept another. young tech comesby n stays ~20min, not change filter, not clean sensor, says your only option is new heater for 8K and leaves. We contact their office, they refused to provide us any diagnostic repair options (that's because the tech did not know / not do any diagnostics), but they were prompt in returning our call and refunded us in full for not doing the service they had come out for. Be prepared, they are not interested in repair, they are only interested in installing you a new heater for 8k...
      2023: Very professional tech, not rush you, answers all of your questions, when they visit they also spend a lot of time looking at things in detail, they clean sensors, change filters and change out simple wornout wiring w/out extra charge for any of the above, really detailed and we appreciate all of the time spent and amazingly informative experience, thank you spectrum heating and air Service: Heating system maintenance

      image I called Spectrum heating and air for my broken heater. The technician quickly arrived to repair my furnace and informed me of the diagnosis. They explained my options and i went for the repair. I will be calling them back out for new full HVAC installation. Vctor and Hctor were amazing! Thanks!

      Much appreciated Ana! We will be expecting your call for your new Furnace and AC installation. Heaters can be repair over and over again depending on the issue (Blower motor failure, burnt or bad circuit board, Inducer motor not starting, etc.). Eventually the heaters state will really determine the safety of the unit and if it poses any hazards. Thank you for trusting us in your home. Take care!

      image I just turned on my AC during these few warm days during winter and it did not work. I called Spectrum Heating and Air and the technician was so professional. They send you a text when they are on the way. The capacitor had gone bad on my condenser and quickly repaired my Air conditioner. Thank you guys and I will be calling you guys back for my Heater when it breaks. 5 Stars!
