I can't say enough wonderful things about the Nissan of Mission Hills Service Department. They made me aware of my vehicle's needs and explained everything in detail. The department is well run and the advisors and technicians are superb!

They lied to me and said that the recall for my car would not replace the exhaust manifold because my car had a rebuilt title. They did this in an attempt to sell me computer diagnostics for the check-engine light (which I already knew was due to the cracked exhaust manifold). I declined this unnecessary computer diagnosis. When I got my car back, they did replace the exhaust manifold as part of the recall (which is what's supposed to happen, regardless if the title is clean or rebuilt), and my check-engine light went away. Don't trust what the dealership will tell you.
They also tried to sell me on unnecessarily replacing my power steering hose by saying that it has a leak, which I refused because I did not trust them. This happened a while back and I have since driven tens of thousands of miles on this car. The power steering works as well as it did when I first purchased this car with 11k miles on it.
They will lie to you in order to sell you service that you don't need.
