        After spending 20 minutes in line to get a cashiers check for my business, I was advised that the supervisor is on lunch and it would take 30 minutes to wait for her to approve it. Employees are all slow and unprofessional.

        In my opinion bank of America is the best bank in America. please be attentive to stuff choice included manager , very low level for the customer service, You can send your employees to practice in Glendale so that they can see how employees work in the Bank of American and take an example from them.
